i had a giant stag beetle looking plushie i used one year for unapproved animal and i don’t think any of the new hires were able to keep it together

It’s essentially placing RAs in various scenarios that they may encounter on campus (i.e. drunk residents, racial/ethic/religious discrimination, partying, flooding, etc.) and how the RA must respond in accordance to res life policy and safety protocols
