My school just switched to google chat and I absolutely hate it too. I don’t think any of these apps they try are helpful in the least

I used to use “band” with my RA team or “Microsoft teams” - I prefer just having a text GC though

i'm gonna use microsoft teams this year, i used groupme last year and it went terribly, i had so many residents that were being disrespectful in the groupchat and couldn't mute them, only fully remove them.
