Go to the housing department because the RA’s absolutely supposed to do something about this. Put in a room transfer too you don’t need to live with this

Do you know his motivation behind peeing on the couch? Because if it’s a sexual motivation you can all file a Title IX against him and that could force HIM to be the one to leave.

Ok definitely go to housing as a group and request he be forced to clean the couch properly, fined for ruining the couch (assuming it’s school property), or transferred to another room. Depending on the wording of the housing contract he might not be allowed to stay in school housing anymore.
