command hooks do work, you just have to pull it down parallel to the wall when you move out (this worked for me every time i had to move). LED lights don’t take a ton of paint off. i’ve learned with them if you pull slowly and not make a long strip while ripping it off it works. like take little short pulls, not long rips if that makes sense

that sticky putty stuff works pretty well, it can damage paper though so i recommend putting tape on your poster or whatever and then the putty on top of that. also remember to warm it in your hands before trying to use it.

For hanging posters, I would use rolled up bits of painters tape which never damaged the walls or my posters!
