she does ts all the time btw, and has gotten mad at us for “trying to steal the dog’s love from her.” she adopted it in november, obviously the dog doesn’t like you when you’re never there.

Get in contact with her family and ask them to take the dog as she’s clearly abandoned him. If she comes back before then talk to her as an group about how she needs to figure out alternative care for her dog because y’all are not watching him anymore due to her lack of communication of when she’ll be back.

yes thank you!! she doesn’t even pay the mandatory dog fee, meaning she’s in breach of contract. me and the other roommates are in the process of reporting her to the apartment staff. we’re worried that she may break the lease and move out if everything blows out of proportion, which is bad for the dog since then it’d most definitely be neglected if she gets a one bedroom apartment (which is what she told us she was planning on doing next year)

Why am I not surprised she didn’t pay the pet fee? Worst case scenario you can report her to animal control for animal neglect so they can open an investigation.
