you need to get as much of this in a recorded format as possible consider a text like "when you cussed me out/yelled at me while invading my personal space you made me fear for my safety. this needs to stop immediately or i'll have the school and/or police involved for my safety. i will not be intimidated or coerced. if we need to discuss this any further we can do so over text for my safety and so we both have an objective record. thanks"

hopefully that's enough of a wake up call for her that her behavior won't remain private and unseen, and that it may have serious consequences

She even tried to accuse me of being in her space when I was foot steps away then she got so close to me I had to push her to get out of my face … I called the leasing office . I’m no longer gonna feed into this.

i would agree - don't feed into it. put as much space between yourself and her as possible (and create a record of your decision to do so) so if anything does happen there's way more evidence of you trying to avoid escalation
