Immediate move out and alert everyone in the apartment. Hell no! And you just KNOW the reason they didn’t say anything is because they knew you’d have a problem with it which makes it WORSE. Like if you’re gonna make a dumbass decision with your health at least tell other people what you’re doing so they can make their own decisions. No, not telling is basically them risking YOUR health for THEIR choices.
