I really felt this but just know at the end of the day your money was earned and not given. You will be better off in knowing how to support yourself and budget as life goes on.

The hardest part if that they don’t understand at all that I’m not rolling in money and can’t go spend two hundred dollars every weekend at the bar. Like they genuinely get confused when I don’t have the money.

Tbh yeah i feel this shit fr. My roommate wears designer shit, has like 50 pairs of shoes plus she buys one like every week, a car, never eats at the dining hall and no job. Its all her parents. Nothing against her personally but its just upsetting to witness a loving family when i dont have one

I will say my parents help me out with a lot but I also work a lot for my money. I’ve never personally been pissed at someone because their parents pay for stuff because I know if my parents offered to pay for everything I wouldn’t fight it, but I see where you’re coming from, it is hard. I am very against entitled kids but not kids who had stuff paid for, at the end of the day it’s how they were raised you can’t blame them
