I had this issue my freshman year and told my roommate “I’m not paying to live in a porno”. If it gets bad enough, feel free to take this line

literally just like that. that kind of behavior deserves to be confronted bc ew. sorry ur being subjected to that, im sure it’s super uncomfortable

You can report that to Title IX, because that is illegal

You could always tell the RA, I’m pretty sure the handbook has rules against visitors at certain times/sleeping over so you can check there as well
