Tell them that the noise is too much and you can’t sleep. Then give them the option to either be quiet after 10pm or not having their partner over on weeknights. Either way they need to respect your sleep.

I’ve said that before, and I just texted her today that they better start being quiet on weeknights. If it keeps going I’m not allowing the partner over on weeknights.
