Please tell me you have photos of you leaving the house spotless. I’m sorry…did you say that your housemate is being petty because your teenage relatives had a bad breakup? That is the dumbest shit I’ve ever heard

I get being a little protective but at the same time you’re not your brother your landlord needs to grow up. It’s super unprofessional and illegal to potentially make fraudulent damage claims or whatever sort of “revenge” they might plan for you because of personal issues that you aren’t even involved with.

Thankfully my dad is a lawyer so god forbid we need to take any legal action we will but like even two weeks ago my foot fell through our deck cause it was rotting and they r trying to blame that on my upkeep. It was rotting before we moved in we have pics… but like be lucky I didnt eff shin…so be lucky I didn’t sue then 😂😂😂

Lol that’s it? Trust me. If your dad was a lawyer worth this $, you wouldn’t be sweating some housing bill, but try and sue. You’ll realize what a large firm like ours can do and your dad will pay for it, along with the bills. Again, if he was gonna enough to win cases like these, he’d have enough $ not to wade his time on it in the first place. Sue, my firm would love to take this case! I’m sure we’ll get the referral. We always do!!
