If possible,if it’s problems with things she does as a roommate and not just as a person, bring it up as soon as possible and as blunt as possible

Yeah tell her now in the beginning bc if you wait a while, then it will just be awkward when you finally bring it up bc she will have established habits by then. Tell her asap while you guys are still in the early stages of living together, it will avoid future problems
