From another morning person, she should absolutely invest in meal prepping if that's the case. Like 1) easier for the both of you, and 2) she doesn't HAVE to get up at 5. So sorry you're dealing with that :/

5 in the morning is just crazy. I get like 8/9AM but that’s definitely a time when most people are sleeping
