My roommate forgets that he lives in apartment/shared space with someone due to never cleaning up after/ putting things back where they belong, turning something off when your done using it, getting laundry moving/getting it out, taking trash out

I have the same issue here. This mf left a bowl behind the sofa it’s been there for about 3 days now…. Then he has like containers of cooked food(like pasta or sum) sitting in the kitchen that’s been there since i moved in…
