So my roomie just moved into are apartment tell me why she brought 5 cats is THERE NO LIMIT ON PETS OR WHAT? NOT TO MENTION SHE RUDE ASF AND ACTS LIKE THE WORLD OWNS HER SOMETHING.

Essentially. The apartment has a two cat limit so the roommate needs to either send 3 of them home or have someone else take them in. She probably knew about the limit but thought she could convince (read: bully) OP into keeping quiet.
