No say something and don’t wait three months. After a week it is NOT okay. If they don’t clean them throw the dishes away. Or put them in front of there room. It’s not that hard to stand up for yourself

they probably have spoken to them, ive been in situations like that where people literally dont listen ever. they’ll apologize and lie. though they did eventually throw half the dishes out. and ur idea was good too but most of the time there is a lot of communication that happens in situations like these
