Do they tell you before hand and are the friends staying long? Cuz even though they are entitled to having friends over your feelings matter too since your also paying rent! If you’re annoyed you kinda have to tell them if you want it to change. I’ve been in this position before so I get it.

Unfortunately you can not cause if they doing it during visiting hours they aren’t in the wrong they’re just inconsiderate but not wrong

I know I just really want a place of my own (I’m 25 and still live on campus because I can’t afford off campus yet)

^^ I would definitely recommend telling them exactly how u feel & asking if they can be more considerate bc u want time to study/ do your own thing

I’m sorry that sucks. The best course of action is definitely talking to them and asking them to at least tell you ahead of time when people are coming over.
