Text them that they have until the move out date to collect their stuff or you’ll consider it abandoned and will do with it what you see fit. If that doesn’t get them to come get their stuff then you’ll be able to sell/donate it all with minimal legal repercussions.

i ended up throwing out a ton of stuff and left some stuff on the road lol, they moved like 7+ hours away and i was like tbh whatever they leave , i dont even care if they want it anymore cuz how would they even get it
