I know confrontation is scary for some people, but please!! If you don’t tell your roommate what’s bothering you then you are just going to get more upset. Most people will likely stop whatever is bothering you if you tell them or help find a compromise

It’s better you told her tho, rather than not say anything. If she is upset you asked her to do something that is expected of a roommate that is on her. Don’t let it get to you, you spoke up and you should be proud. If she wants to avoid you, let her.
