I had this issue with a neighbor blasting music after hours. It’ll be a test of patience but every night she does this you need to rip your door open and calmly but firmly ask her to keep it down because the walls/doors are very thin and you can here everything. Throw in specifics about what she’s doing/saying to drive the point across, think “can you not call your mom right in front of my door I’m trying to sleep”.
