Okay I’m hella confused by this. Literally everyone who has been forced to live in a dorm with another person masturbates when their roommate is gone. Like not all the time but like occasionally, especially when you know the other person’s schedule and know they won’t be home. It’s normal and healthy. No because they were doing something private IN private. This person just happened to walk in. They were not doing it in front of this person on purpose. It’s not assault or harassment. It was an accident.

It's not harassment because they did not do it in front of this person on purpose. This person just happened to walk in. If they did it knowing that the other person was in the room, that's harassment. If that happens to someone, then they should file a Title Nine immediately. This situation is completely different. It was just an accident.
