Give her a list of times that are acceptable for YOU for her to come get the rest of her stuff and have a friend be there while she’s getting it. Tell her she needs to bring her own help.

Or if you’re feeling petty you can set her stuff in a box out front and send a picture with an item log (to cover yourself) and tell her to come pick it up from your porch/outside your front door
