This is extreme overreaction to what should be a regular adult conversation. Also, if any of the kitchen stuff is yours or your other roommate’s I would tell her she needs to put it back before you report it as theft.

thank you! sadly just the air fryer is hers, but everything else in that kitchen is ours and she keeps using it and will not put her stuff back even though she comes at us sideways about sharing our stuff

This is an all or nothing situation. She needs to put her stuff back if she expects to be able to use y’all’s stuff. Again, if she’s gonna act like a child she’s gonna get treated like a child.
