My housemate is a hypochondriac to have a bunch of disabilities despite being told by multiple doctors that she does not have those disorders and goes around claiming medicine is fake. It pmo so much bc she copies my (diagnosed) disorders.

She’s also “diagnosed herself” with a ton of mental disorders and it’s frustrating as someone with a few of those diagnosed by people with qualifications. I’m afraid she’s trying to steal my medication that I need to not get extremely ill

She was claiming to be lactose intolerant/has ibs but she eats junk foods that as someone who’s been diagnosed with both those disorders would make me violently ill. Doctors have told her to take meds but she refuses. I recommended lactase enzymes after she said she was lactose intolerant and she says they don’t work.

Move out. You can legally break the lease without consequences if you feel you are in danger.

It’s frustrating because she uses her fake disorders to try to ban me from cooking the few foods I can actually eat. I’m underweight already from my illnesses so i need to follow the diet my doctors prescribed but she’s using her fake disorders to try to guilt me into starving

Depending on what illnesses you have you might be able to throw in some vague legal threats about violating the ADA because it sounds like by living with her you’re being denied your accommodations. Violating the ADA messes with any federal funding the school gets some they’ll be more responsive if they think their funding is at risk.
