Maybe don’t room with her if that’s an option. I get if her boyfriend makes everyone uncomfortable but telling her that only her bf isn’t allowed over isn’t fair especially if it’s her house too.

by telling to her face that her bf is a creep with actual reasoning that he's a creep. she shouldn't even be dating someone that makes other people uncomfortable

I mean, you can ask but if her name is on the lease too, you can’t force her to not bring him around. If you need to make sure you don’t have to worry about him coming around your living space, it might be best to consider not rooming with this person next year.
