Yeah at this point they have three options: 1. He can only come over 3x a week 2. He pays a portion of bills 3. You call the landlord and report him for breaking the guest policy

Ok so what I’m hearing is the main issue is he’s eating all the groceries and not replacing them nor paying for what he ate. So the real options are either he brings food to the apartment with him to eat, he starts replacing the food he eats, or he stops eating at the apartment altogether
