They quoted this post with the violations, here’s the gist: 1. Unauthorized pet (loud dog) 2. Gave key to boyfriend 3. Boyfriend stayed over past guest policy limit without permission from roommate or management

Considering the policies being violated, mainly the unauthorized guest and dog, there’s a good chance she’ll end up getting evicted. I don’t think she’s staying long term
