Hey OP here thank you so much for the kind words. I want to say that I really have a deep love for this friend of mine and I want him to be better. Never do I force him into anything but I never want to exclude him. If anyone was offended by this I do sincerely apologize. I’ve been friends with him for a year now and I love him to death, and I have let so many things fly, but last night he yelled at a waiter for messing up his overly complicated order that WE had to order for him.

We definitely understand that it is a spectrum but there’s a difference between unintentionally coming off as an asshole because of autism and intentionally being an asshole and blaming is on autism

Piggy backing off of amethyst- people without autism fuck up in social situations all the time. It’s not exclusive to autistic people. But most/all of us have the capabilities of taking accountability for our actions and trying to do better in the future
