Can I report my roommate to the police for smoking weed inside all the fucking time? Idc that they smoke but we agreed it would be outside and they keep doing it in their room and setting off the smoke detectors at midnight, literally every alarm goes off

it’s complicated because smoking outside might be illegal where you live, some places u can smoke weed but only inside def report to management tho cuz the fire alarm constantly going off is an issue

Your building should have a no smoking policy so report them to management first. They’d probably love to stop the smoke alarm from going off at midnight for a dumbass reason.

idec abt public places im just saying its literally illegal to step outside go on a walk and tap a j i hate mike dewine bro big alcohol def payed for that law to go into place i get not smoking in ur car and shit bc u shouldn’t be under influence but even if ur at home ur technically not allowed…. so the only place thats legal is a private place that allows it or ur own home… so basically some place has to smell like shit instead of js burning it outside o well tho
