Best is I heard her scream at her mom over the phone after her mom gave her her $1000 biweekly allowance. The reason? Her mom is republican. Look idc your politics, you don’t scream at your parents over that, ESPECIALLY after they give you money. I heard her call her mom privileged but like… her mon works for it, she just takes it. What is wrong with this girl 😭

nah i feel like she has the right to criticize her mom’s politics. my parents support me financially, but if that support were to hinge on my political and religious beliefs then they wouldn’t be good parents. also you don’t know their history and how this fight may have been coming for a while now.

Like she has full right to criticize anyone’s politics, but going to that length of screaming at your parent, who bought you groceries and then sent you $1000 pisses me off. I have a horrible relationship with my parents, but I don’t scream at them after they give me stuff

to call your mother “privileged” as OPs roommate did after shamelessly accepting over 1k (groceries were separate if you read the comments) then it’s not abt politics. that’s just an ungrateful *privileged* child who’s channeling hate towards the wrong person. if she’s going to treat her that way she can make her own money and not accept the 1k every other week. u can’t treat ppl like shit and still expect them to do generous things for u.
