i understand that. my roommate is always on the video game being a fat chud. he’s loud and plays very late exclusively.

That’s my roommate and she had headphones (like fancy ahh over the ear headphones that work and she has money) but says she’s too lazy to get up and connect them to her phone 🤦 meanwhile I always use my beaten up earbuds I’ve had for years that are broken and barely work but at least I care about not causing noise pollution every time I use my devices

Moved out of what? A dorm? You can switch rooms there. Leases at apartments are difficult to budge.
