Yes, imo you have the right because it affects your health and it’s common area. Common areas should be accessible and comfortable for everyone

^ agree. If you cant comfortably or safely sit on the couch in the living room bcus your roommates cat makes it hard to breathe, you should be able to tell them hey you gotta take the stuff into your own room

I asked her when she first moved in she moved it to her room and right back out and said "I won't be moving it into my room" so off to the leasing office I go to complain
