Unfortunately you are at the point where all you can do is lock everything down. Move what you can out, get lockboxes for everything you can, and document everything. What do you mean by violating you? I only ask because it might be an option to take any evidence of that to the campus security and essentially force him to move out for your safety (a lot of schools cave when legal consequences are on the table).
