Im SO glad I live in student apartments (they do not play about having extra guests who don't pay rent living there), one time I had to report that my roomies bf has been over for 2 weeks and I didn't see him again (he behaved a similar way).

Reporting works because these places are greedy and love an opportunity to get money out of anyone so don't hesitate to do it

Most leases have guest policies built into them about things like this and it’s ridiculous how many roommates ignore them.
