Atleast your roommate leaves the room to eat. Mine survives off of microwavable oatmeal and canned chilli. Or she’ll get takeout and bring it back to the room.

Tbh what did you expect? She probably wants to relax after class and study. I personally share a room as well so on days where I feel like I have had alot of alone time but my roomate hasn’t I go to the study lounge or chill on couch for a few hours.
