Ask her to be quieter first, explaining that you can hear her and she’s keeping you up, especially if you don’t live in the same room, just apt, but you hear her through the walls Then ask her to either go somewhere else to call her friends or to refrain from calling after a certain point This is a reasonable thing to ask her
