So my brother has this roommate who’s neglecting his dog to the point that he’s underweight so I’m trying to subtly hint that he calls someone to have the dog removed from his care.

The only reason the six month lease is being offered in the first place is because the guy procrastinated until the last minute to try and find one and begged the landlord for it
