Maybe introduce her to something she can do out of the room? New coffee solace to study, park, farmers market etc. and emphasize how fun it is. I’ve been in both shoes and it’s helped to get reminded that there’s places outside of the dorm

Give some suggestions of places/events she can go to. Lowkey it might be boredom/not knowing where to start with getting out rn. But I completely understand how you feel.
