If I had to guess, because her actions don’t line up with the DSM-5, which is the official diagnostic criteria. Most likely what is going on is the roommate is forcing OP to perform certain tasks because of her ocd when according to the DSM-5 ocd is mostly aimed at the self, think “if I don’t turn the knob three times before opening the door something bad will happen”.

They could have ocpd 🤷‍♀️ I do. I don’t force people to do certain tasks but I certainly get upset when shits not clean and I’m the only one doing it

Possibly, but from the wording of the post it sounds like the roommate is trying to force OP to do certain tasks. If OP could give more information on what she’s doing exactly we would know for sure
