guess who just got woken up again (this time after taking a melatonin) 😃
I can fall asleep pretty easily but if I’m woken up after it takes me like two hours to fall back asleep and WITHOUT FAIL my roommate has woken me up EVERY NIGHT this past week. I cannot function on 6hrs a night much longer, send help

i'd recommend a sound machine, and eye mask. and if that's not enough use airpods or headphone and play more white noise
