My complex repaints every time someone moves out the room regardless of damage or not

from someone in property management I’d recommend either rolling the whole wall or letting the company do it, a lot of our tenants try to touch up paint and it ends up looking worse and wasting money

I take a little chip of paint, go to lowes and get a color match, and then I use the color to repaint any spots. If there are any nail holes, white toothpaste does wonders 🤙
