I would ask coz some women are kind of uncomfortable with a guy being in the apt, they’ll likely say yes but it’s good to give heads up

Id say you’re not obligated to but if you want to be safe what #1 said cuz you can prob get a vibe whether you need to be asking or not based off of what they respond with

I would ask. He will be in the apartment as a whole. May be don’t ask for permission but rather give your RM a heads up

Personally I’d ask if everyone’s ok with it, but at the bare minimum you have to give everyone a heads up.
