Baby this is overstimulation. I’m assuming there was a little bit of autism with the part about it would be okay in an arena. I recommend getting noise cancelling headphones <3

… hour. It’s almost midnight now. However, if we were at the arena or at a place where I was expecting the noise, I’d be fine. But they’re blasting music and screaming, and I feel so uncomfortable. Even my dog sat in my lap as he always does to try and help calm me down and when I went to go shower to get away from the noise, he followed me. …cheering. But at events where that’s expected I’m ok. If it makes a difference, I have been going through some mental stuff and my therapist is trying to line me up to have me tested for a couple different things including ADHD, OCD, and possibly autism. Earbuds like AirPods? Over the ear headphones are a lot better at canceling out noise
