you aren’t wrong. but if you have a fan that you’d rather stay off, then why have the fan at all? just remove it

i'd say just try facing it only at the roommate or outing it closer to them so it doesn't hit you or on a lower setting

It gets hot sometimes but it’s starting to cool down, it was 90s-80s for about a month, now it’s 50s-60s

okay i get you. well at the end of the day, it’s YOUR fan. you rule what happens to it. just let her know that you don’t like her turning on your fan because you get cold. because honestly, she’s in the wrong for touching your things anyway
