To not work for another week but luckily they finally gave us a portable AC unit. They then cut a massive hole in our ceiling to see if they can pop open a duct to see the problem and then left the fucking hole in the ceiling for a week. Keep in mind I also live with a dog who literally had to sit in the tub with cold water during the 2 weeks where they didn’t even show up to try fixing the unit. They also feel like an apology makes up for almost giving us all heatstroke
