Maybe ask for some time alone in the dorm? Preface it's not for weird reasons but just for some alone time since he's literally always there and people even without partners deserve alone time. And offer the same to him.

you and your girlfriend should let her roommate know about the situation and why ur always at her place so her roommate’s aware that yall dont really have another choice and so she doesnt end up disliking you. now as someone who is no longer a freshman, that dorm belongs to you just as much as it belongs to him, and ur just as entitled to ur alone time. you need to have a talk with him abt giving you some alone time in the dorm cus that’s ridiculous
