Honestly at that point I’d look into an apartment. Usually they’re cheaper than the dorms

I second looking for an apartment or alternate housing but honestly when I had a double dorm I got a tent to go around my bed so I could pretend there was no one around me. I even put string lights in it and stuff to make it cute
