i would just text her and say “hey i haven’t been feeling good today and i would really appreciate if he could go home or if yall could go to his house/apartment/dorm for the night so i can get some rest and feel better”

I don’t think there’s a problem if he’s there during the day bcz it is her room too. Night is a different thing

Yes but he’s there like 3/4 times a week. I wouldn’t have a problem with it if it happened like 1 or 2 times. But it’s like weekly for like 3 times a week. And I feel uncomfortable in my own room. Like trust me I know I can’t be like hey u can’t have ur bf here like, I’m not ur mom but like respect that this is my space too and I need my time to unwind without ur bf being here
