How do you get my roommate to clean up after himself? The dude is nice but can clean for shit. Please help I’ve told him before he just don’t gaf and I hate coming home with exams on my mind to his burnt attempt at cooking on MY PANS

I know this story too well. Spoiler alert: even after you tell him he probably won’t change. You can only control yourself - I told my rm to stop using my things and get their own after my kitchenware was damaged and left dirty too often. Separated the kitchen cabinets and fridge space. Might seem extensive but I wasn’t about to go an entire year dealing with it and not doing anything
