Immediately report it to any dorm/college officials so they can look into it, that’s illegal to film someone from the outside in their private residence

go to the Title IX office and they can help you report it to the proper authorities as well as provide resources to help you through this situation

Yeah I agree with 1 & 2 this is a big issue and pls just remember to close your blinds there are bad ppl in this world and they could have wanted that for a number of reasons so pls pls pls when you’re alone walking be aware of your surroundings head on a swivel, one headphone in, volume low, and no noise cancellation unless you’re in a building with cameras
